The charity, which operates three sessions a week around the area, is asking people to support it with food or monetary donations.
Zoe Nixon, the Strategic Manager, says they’ve seen a change in the demographic coming to them for help. She also says there are several ways to help, including through the charity's Christmas Giving Appeal.
